In an
epic turn to the industry and style of listening to music, the possibility of
an Apple streaming service raises the issue of how will Apple attract users the
same way Pandora or Spotify does, while at the same time remaining true to the
Apple platform and reputation in being a trend setter. In addition, will Apple
offer the streaming service for free, or will it utilize advertisements,
subscriptions, or a new style by possibly paying for an application on the
iPhone or iPad that streams music? The creation of an Apple streaming service
would forever alter the iTunes store, where the notion of buying a digital single or album may no
longer be the norm, instead you could simply stream the song and store it in a
playlist like Pandora does for its users.
